Can you give me advice about my own health?
No — and we would be doing you a disservice if we tried. We publish general information for healthy adults. Anything specific to your history, symptoms or medication belongs with a qualified professional who can actually examine you.
I found a mistake in an article. What happens?
Send us the link and what you believe is wrong. If you are right, we correct the article and add a short note saying what changed and when. We do not quietly edit and move on.
Do you accept guest posts or sponsored articles?
We do not publish sponsored or paid-placement content of any kind. We occasionally work with outside writers, but the same editorial standards and the same independence apply.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email — it works immediately and needs no explanation. If it ever fails, email us and we will remove you by hand.
What data do you hold about me?
If you subscribed, your email address and the date you confirmed it. Nothing more. Write to [email protected] to see it, correct it or have it deleted.
